Ideal Air serves the existing building services market specialising in:

• Planned air conditioning maintenance/service fulfilled using Ideal Air's Smart Maintenance Processes (SMT)
•  Air conditioning system upgrades/retrofits, work ranges from minor tenancy fit outs through to complete air conditioning system redesign/replacement
•  Plant room upgrades, work ranges from chiller (cold water generator) maintenance and repairs to refurbishment or replacement of many chillers brands and types including Carrier, Cooke, Century, McQuay, Trane and York

Contingency Planning

Design site specific contingency cooling planning by considering scenarios of possible plant failure/s including power outage, loss of water supply, effects of fire etc

Special Techniques

Ideal Air uses an air conditioning maintenance fulfilment regime known as SMT (Smart Maintenance Technology). SMT air conditioning processes ensure we deliver a premium level of maintenance by combining manufacturing based technology (matches resources, including human/skill sets) and best/safe working practises.

Health & Safety

Keeping people safe is a priority at Ideal Air and we have made health & safety a key component (rather than an 'add on') of every maintenance/service activity undertaken by technicians on behalf of the business.
